How do I know my oven is off temperature?
Baking times creep up, cakes brown on one side, roasts finish late. An oven thermometer will show it, and we measure it properly through a full cycle.
Can a drifting oven be recalibrated instead of repaired?
Sometimes. Small offsets can be calibrated in the control. A sensor that has actually failed will not hold calibration, and we will tell you which it is.
Is it worth replacing a control board?
On a Viking oven, usually yes. The rest of the appliance outlives the board by years.
Do you repair the oven in a Viking range?
