Wolf is built to be repaired. Most calls are not the end of the range.
Dual-fuel ranges, sealed gas burners, induction tops and steam ovens each fail in their own way, and the fix is rarely the whole appliance. Ignition parts, sensors, control boards and elements are all serviceable.
Wolf and Sub-Zero share a service world, which is why we keep parts and training for both. If your kitchen has a Wolf range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator, we look at both on the same visit.

My Wolf burner keeps clicking after it lights. Is that dangerous?
It is not dangerous, but it does not fix itself. The spark module keeps firing because it is not seeing flame confirmation, usually a wet or cracked electrode. It is a small part and a short visit.
Wolf and Sub-Zero are the same company. Do you service both?
Yes. Most Peninsula kitchens we work in have Wolf cooking and Sub-Zero refrigeration, and we service both on the same visit.
Is an induction cooktop worth repairing?
Usually yes. The common failures are the cooling fan and the power board, not the glass, and both are replaceable at a fraction of a new cooktop.
Are you an authorized Wolf service center?
No. We are an independent, licensed and insured repair company with factory-trained technicians and twenty years of experience on premium appliances. Our work carries a limited warranty.
